Vacation, Day 6

This morning we went to Hanapepe, called "The Biggest Little Town" on Kauai.  We went through some of the shops there and then walked across the swinging foot bridge (pictured here).  After that, we went to Salt Pond Beach (also pictured here), where we enjoyed the nice water for about 45 minutes.  We returned to our condo, swam in the pool, and then met my parents at the airport (they flew in today to spend 8 days with us).

Well, with our Pastor and family in Hawaii, and now one of our elders as well, we should definitely consider inviting the entire BURC congregation to a retreat in Hawaii! Think how encouraging that could be for the brethren there!

Great idea, Joyce! Maybe our church picnic next year could be a week-long trip to Kauai.

hold on just a minute! maybe we ought to first consult the deacons concerning the cost of such an event?

We're hiring d-lo to personally organize this event.
